All packages are delivered via letterbox mail.

All orders are shipped from France within 1 to 3 days.

The shipping costs are 2.50 euros.

We assume that you are happy with what you have ordered. If something is not entirely to your liking, you can return it within 14 days of receipt.

Return requirements:

The product must be undamaged and unused. When returning,

make sure it is properly packaged.

A return shipment is at your own risk. The shipping costs are for your account.

Jewellery that has been specially made cannot be returned.
